Will my Static IP address change if my primary connection fails?

No it will not change.

Our SimRush Static IP service is tied to the SimRush Controller (router)and not the connection. This is different to most traditional static public IP’s.

In the case of a dual WAN set up, as the static IP roams with the router and not with connection, the same IP address will be maintained even if the system needs to fall back on the failover connection.
