My SimRush system’s performance has dropped

Check your network carrier’s website for updates on the network status in your area. If a network issue is showing for your postcode, this is likely the reason behind the change in performance.

If there are no known network issues, it could be that the network has more load on it than usual or there may be an issue at the mast your SimRush is connected to. Unfortunately, as these problems are carrier dependent we don’t have the ability to check them.

Try checking out our SimRush Support workflow to troubleshoot your issue.

If the issue is persistent, please contact helpdesk@freeclix.com and we can check your signal and status of the hardware.
