Who needs a SimRush Product Licence?

Anyone using SimRush will need a valid Product Licence. If you have SPanel v2.0 and do not have a valid licence you can view SPanel in read-only mode. You can not access the devices or change any settings.

How long is the Product Licence valid for?

This will depend on whether your SimRush Product Licence is monthly or annual An annual SimRush Product Licence is valid for 12 months. Your SimRush Licence can be renewed on an annual basis. A monthly product licence will be valid on a monthly basis (as long as any required payments are up to date).
