My SimRush has gone offline

Check your network provider’s (EE, Vodafone or O2) website for your postcode to see if there any 4G/5G mobile data issues in your area. If it shows that are issues in your location, you do not need to take any further action with the hardware. When the carrier issues are resolved you should then see a return of service.

SimRush is designed to self-heal when it loses connectivity so will be constantly checking back in with the carrier to get the connection back.

If there aren’t any network issues showing for your area, please simply turn the router off at the power socket, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on again. Give it 3-5 mins to connect before trying to browse again.

If that does not enable you to get back online then please get in touch with you SimRush Reseller who will be able to complete further diagnostics for you.
